With whom will I work?

When you choose Artwedding.video for your video editing needs, you’ll collaborate with our dedicated project manager. Your project will be matched with an editor from our team who aligns with your style and technical preferences. Before presenting it to you for review, our lead editor will add the finishing touches to the video.

Do you have a permanent team of employees, or do you work with freelancers?

We are a team where all editors work on a full-time basis. Before starting work with clients, editors undergo thorough training under the guidance of our chief editor.

Where is your company located?

We are based in the Poznań, Poland The majority of our editing team is located in Ukraine, Eastern Europe.

What experience does your team have?

Every video editor on our team undergoes rigorous training with our lead editors before handling actual projects. Training is considered complete only when an editor’s work meets our high standards of quality. This approach ensures that every client can be confident in the high quality of the services we provide. Our lead editors have 3 to 5 years of experience in video editing, guaranteeing professionalism and quality at every stage of collaboration.

How many members are in your team?

Currently, our ArtWedding team consists of 10 professional staff members. We are actively growing and plan to expand our team.

What types of video do you edit?

We specialize exclusively in editing wedding videos. This specialization allows us to guarantee the highest quality of work for our valued clients.

Is it possible for you to manage several of my projects concurrently?

Yes, thanks to the well-organized structure of our team, we are capable of simultaneously handling up to 5 projects for you.

Do you edit only wedding films?

Yes, we specialize in editing wedding films, but we can discuss other types of projects if needed.

Technical Details
How can I send Footage to you?

You can upload your files to our Dropbox (contact us for the upload link) or share them from your cloud storage.

What video formats do you accept?

We accept all common video formats, including cellphone videos. We strive to make the transition between camera and cellphone footage seamless.

What is the Turnaround?

Typically, within 10 business days (two weeks).

How long are the videos?

We edit videos of any length, from 1-minute Instagram sneak peeks to extended Documentary Films.

Do you color grade?

Yes, we provide color grading to match your style if needed.

Can you sync audio if it's recorded separately?

Yes, we use PluralEyes and Adobe Premiere functions, and in challenging cases, we sync audio manually.

Can I give you the music I want?

Of course! Please upload them along with the raw footage and specify where you want the music placed.

What editing software do you use?

We work with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

Do you have a brief?

Yes, we require you to fill out a brief form with specific details about your project.

How do I get my edited videos from you?

We send you a Frame.io link where you can review and comment on the video or download the rendered files.

Do you provide the project file?

Yes, the project file and all assets will be included with the rendered videos.

Do I have to put in instructions?

Since video editing is a creative process, our vision of a good wedding film might differ from yours. To ensure your preferences are met and to minimize revisions, please leave detailed notes when filling out the brief form.

What final exporting settings do you use?

We use the exporting settings specified in your brief.

My footage isn't that good. Can you fix it for me?

While we can't perform miracles, our editing team will do their best to correct stabilization, exposure, and sound issues. If you have concerns about your footage quality, please reach out before placing an order, and we'll see what we can do.

Do you provide licensed music?

Yes, we have subscription to MusicBed so we can provide licensed music.

What video formats do you accept?

We accept all common video formats, including cellphone videos. We strive to make the transition between camera and cellphone footage seamless.

Can you edit 4K or 8K videos?

Yes, we handle 4k or 8k videos using powerful hardware and proxy workflows.

How will we move forward when I give you my footage for the edit?

Payments
What payment methods are available?

We offer secure payment through PayPal.

How do you bill for edits?

For your first project with us, a 50% deposit is required to start.

What if I need changes after the project has been approved? How does it work and what are the costs?

Once the project is approved, any further changes will be charged on an hourly basis, depending on the complexity of the edits required.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Our standard pricing includes two rounds of revisions.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for videographers who can provide us with more than 3 wedding projects per month for editing. Please reach out to julia@artwedding.video to discuss the discounts available for your level of work.

What is the timeframe for requesting included revisions?

You have up to 60 days to request the included revisions. After this period, any further revisions will be billed at $7 per hour.

Privacy Policy
Do you back up the footage? How long is it stored?

Yes, we back up all footage on Dropbox. We can restore any deleted files within 180 days. Footage is kept for 3 months before it is permanently deleted from Dropbox, and project files, including all assets, are stored for 1 year.

How do you protect my footage? Is it shared with anyone?

Your footage is securely stored and never shared outside our company without your explicit permission. We do not use any raw footage for other purposes unless we have your authorization.

Can I be sure my clients won't know that I'm outsourcing the editing?

Absolutely. We provide a white-label service as our default, ensuring that your clients will never know we were involved in the editing process unless you choose to tell them. Any content shared on our website or social media has been posted only after receiving written consent from our clients.

What information do you collect and how is it used?

We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and technical data like IP addresses through our website. This information is used to process your requests, communicate with you, and improve our services. We may also use cookies to enhance your browsing experience.

Do you share my information with third parties?

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except for trusted partners who assist in operating our website and providing services. These partners are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

How do you ensure the security of my personal data?

We employ various security measures, including encryption and secure servers, to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.

Can I request changes to my personal data or its deletion?

Yes, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can also opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
